Sleeping four with an additional bedroom nook, your cottage has two ensuite bathrooms complete with roll top baths and Bamford products. The sitting room has a log burner, games cupboard, record player and TV. On the landing, you’ll find a fridge, snacks, and a nespresso machine.
Rhino Lodge is set at the heart of the Reserve on the main drive to the Port Lympne Hotel. Your private garden has an open fire pit - perfect for toasting marshmallows whilst you take in the incredible views and make friends with your wild neighbours.
You will have exclusive access to Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve during and outside of normal visitor hours from the day of your arrival to the day of your departure. The check-in time for your stay is at 2pm and the check-out time is at 12pm. You can visit both wildlife parks - Howletts Wild Animal Park and Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve - from 9.30am to closure. You can use a golf buggy for the whole duration of your stay to explore the Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve (with a valid driving licence).
Eat & Drink
We serve home cooked food made with home grown and locally sourced produce at our restaurants and cafes. Or relax and soak up the wonderful atmosphere of the unique Moroccan Courtyard (open spring & summer) at Port Lympne Hotel. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and Afternoon tea or a romantic candlelit dinner.

All of our short breaks guests have a safari included in the cost of their stay. Your safari will take you on an adventure through our South American, Asian and African Experience zones where you will see spectacled bears, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, camels and more. For a small fee, you can also upgrade your safari to a private experience led by one of our expert rangers.
The Rhino Lodge includes all the necessities for a comfortable stay, as well as extra special additions such as rolltop baths and an open fire pit in your private garden. The cottage provides unmissable views and prime photo opportunities as you unwind next to some of our impressive rhinos.
