Christmas Eve
Your journey starts with a signature warm welcome and a glass of something sparkling.
Festive Trails: Wander through the Port Lympne Illuminated as the stars come out.
Winter Safaris: Board your truck for an expedition across the Kentish Savannah.
Atmosphere: Enjoy the sounds of a live choir echoing through the mansion, with a special visit from a certain guest from the North Pole for our younger VIPs.
Christmas Day
Wake to the roar of a lion or the call of a tiger. On Christmas Day, the reserve is closed to the public, remaining exclusive only to our overnight guests.
Dining: A decadent seasonal feast served in the Garden Room, featuring locally sourced ingredients and curated wine pairings.
Relaxation: Retreat to the historic mansion for festive films, hot chocolate by roaring log fires, and the traditional King's Speech.
Evening: A sumptuous Christmas buffet dinner followed by starlit strolls or cosying up on sheepskin rugs.
Boxing Day
Conclude your stay with the ultimate "meet the neighbours" experience.
Final Feast: A full English breakfast in the Garden Room before one last look at the breathtaking views across the Romney Marsh.

Spend some time getting to know your fierce next-door neighbours before venturing out onto the Reserve for a cosy winter adventure.
Tiger Lodge
As you sip hot chocolate or mulled wine in front of the log burner in the cosy living room, you’ll be able to watch Port Lympne’s resident tigers as they stroll right past you from the large picture windows. You can relax ahead of Christmas Day in your outdoor, heated bath and raise a glass to the beautiful big cats keeping you and your friends or family company as you celebrate the holidays.
Wolf Lodge
A real home from home experience but with the added benefit of being able to see the neighbouring wolves roam freely in their enclosure. You can also experience the magic of nature by accessing the private bridge that the accommodation features and walk right over their wooded habitat and onto the bespoke treetop viewing pod. Sleeping up to four, you can wake up to wolves howling on Christmas morning. Take advantage of the cosy cinema snug to watch Christmas classics to really get into the festive spirit.
Rhino Lodge
Experience a flavour of Africa but in the heart of Kent with the charmingly restored Rhino Lodge. This cottage is centrally located in Port Lympne’s 600 acres. Featuring a private garden with an open fire pit where you can toast marshmallows whilst enjoying an up close and personal view of these magnificent creatures. Sleeping up to four guests or five with the additional nook for younger explorers, Rhino Lodge is perfect for families looking for a magical get together.
Port Lympne Hotel
For a traditional Christmas experience, stay in one of eight themed rooms at our luxury Port Lympne Hotel, surrounded by fifteen acres of beautiful landscaped gardens. Tread the halls of this early 20th century Grade II listed country house where royalty and aristocrats once walked before you. Rooms sleep up to two and are ideal for couples wanting a romantic Christmas break away with a difference.
Treehouses
Nestled high above the woodland canopy of Port Lympne, guests can enjoy a premium experience with the luxurious glass fronted suites overlooking our stunning grounds and our animals. Your private balcony offers a stylish place to enjoy your morning coffee ahead of grabbing your hats and gloves for a winter walk around our Reserve. Leopard Creek
Overlooking our expertly-designed naturalistic leopard enclosure, Leopard Creek offers three ways to stay. Choose from cosy 2-person Cubs, stylish 4-person Cabins (two adults and two children under 8yrs) or luxurious Wigwams (two adults and two children under 8yrs). No matter which you choose for your festive getaway, Leopard Creek offers a lavish retreat from the outside world where your neighbours are our majestic Amur leopard and white rhinos.
