Take a step closer to the wild this winter with a nightlights stay at Wolf Lodge, where you share a garden with Port Lympne's resident wolf pack. Seperated by a glass wall, your private garden connects to the wooded enclosure of the wolves. A private viewing pod, accessible exclusively to Wolf Lodge guests, ensures you'll have the very best view of these fascinating predators throughout your stay. Your nightlights package at Wolf Lodge includes overnight accommodation, access to Port Lympne Reserve, access to Howletts Wild Animal Park and access to the Port Lympne Illuminated festive light trail!

Originally one of the gatehouses of Philip Sassoon’s estate, this charming grade 2 listed cottage sleeps up to four guests offering a master bedroom with a king size bed and a twin room. Both rooms are ensuite with luxury bathrooms, including complimentary Molton Brown products, and a monsoon shower. The living space has a log burner and a cosy cinema snug with popcorn machine and tea & coffee making facilities.
Exclusive Access
A stay at Wolf Lodge includes your own personal golf buggy and access to routes and pathways that are not normally open to our day visitors, so you can explore the stunning natural surroundings of the Reserve, take in the incredible views and watch the animals in style. You can visit both wildlife animal parks Howletts and Port Lympne from 9.30am on your arrival day until closure on your departure day. Check-in is at 2pm and check-out at 12pm.

Set within the 600 acre wildlife park, Wolf Lodge is just a short walk between our award winning Treehouse Hotel and our historic four star hotel. After a day exploring the Reserve in your personal golf buggy and getting back to nature, you can relax in the lodge’s secluded garden, and watch our beautiful wolves through your private viewing window or from your bespoke treetop viewing pod, accessible via a bridge over their wooded habitat!
Safari experience
All of our short breaks guests have a truck safari included in the cost of their stay. Your safari will take you on an adventure to see spectacled bears, giraffes, camels and more.

Nightlights packages include full access to our 600-acre Reserve and after sunset you will be invited to step into the secret after-dark world of Port Lympne to celebrate Port Lympne Illuminated. Forest fairies have enchanted the woodland walks and gardens of the Reserve to create a dazzling, illuminated celebration of their animal companions. You will discover a vintage-inspired funfair, fairy disco, delicious food and drink and 13 beautiful lighting installations celebrating the beauty of winter.

Please note: During the Port Lympne Illuminated light trail (2pm onwards) guest access to golf buggies (valid at selected accommodations only) will be restricted to allow the festive fairies to work their enchantment over the Reserve.
