Live like a forest fairy with an enchanting stay at the cute and cost Forest Hideaway cabins. Found at the top of the park, close to the magic of Elfwood and their lion neighbours, the Forest Hideaways are tucked away in a private glade. Your nightlights package includes overnight accommodation at Forest Hideaway, access to Port Lympne Reserve, access to Howletts Wild Animal Park, access to the Port Lympne Illuminated festive light trail and the opportunity to add on a visit to Santa's Grotto!

With a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed, your Forest Hideaway is a cosy wooded den ideal for families with children under eight years old with a double sofa bed.
There’s an indoor wood burner to keep you warm on chilly nights, plus a log burner, an ensuite with a monsoon shower and complimentary Molton Brown products and each Forest Hideaway has a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a smart TV.
Location
Set amongst towering pine trees, close to our lion habitat, you’ll be surrounded by nature. After a day of adventures exploring the Reserve with your complimentary golf buggy and discovering amazing animals, snuggle up for the night, listening to the sounds of the wild.
Exclusive Access
Your stay at Forest Hideaway includes exclusive access to Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve during and outside of normal visitor hours from the day of your arrival to the day of your departure. You can visit both wildlife parks - Howletts Wild Animal Park and Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve - from 9.30am to closure (seasonal opening hours apply at Howletts). The use of a golf buggy to explore the Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve (with a valid driving licence) is also included in your stay. Check in starts at 3pm, whilst check out is at 11am.
Safari experience
All of our short breaks guests have a truck safari included in the cost of their stay. Your safari will take you on an adventure to see spectacled bears, giraffes, camels and more.
Eat and Drink
During your stay you can choose home cooked dishes, made with local produce at a variety of restaurants.

Nightlights packages include full access to our 600-acre Reserve and after sunset you will be invited to step into the secret after-dark world of Port Lympne to celebrate Port Lympne Illuminated. Forest fairies have enchanted the woodland walks and gardens of the Reserve to create a dazzling, illuminated celebration of their animal companions. You will discover a vintage-inspired funfair, fairy disco, delicious food and drink and 13 beautiful lighting installations celebrating the beauty of winter.

Departure time: 2pm on day of check out
Please note: During the Port Lympne Illuminated light trail (2pm onwards) guest access to golf buggies (valid at selected accommodations only) will be restricted to allow the festive fairies to work their enchantment over the Reserve.
