Are you passionate about wildlife conservation and building meaningful supporter relationships? Join The Aspinall Foundation and play a vital role in helping prevent the extinction of endangered animals around the world.
We’re looking for a Fundraising Development Executive to join our friendly and ambitious fundraising team. In this varied role, you’ll lead the delivery of our adoptions and lottery programmes, helping to grow income, strengthen supporter engagement and share powerful conservation stories across multiple channels.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across fundraising, marketing and our overseas conservation teams, manage supporter communications, support social media activity and ensure excellent donor stewardship throughout their supporter journey.

Who we are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for fundraising, supporters and conservation, ideally with experience of individual giving or direct response marketing in other sectors.
- Is an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail, and is comfortable writing compelling communications that achieve results.
- Is confident using IT systems and CRM databases to understand trends and match the right supporter to the right message.
- Feels just as much at home ensuring sytems and porcesses run smoothly as they are developing new initiatives to grow support.
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced, purpose-driven team.
- While Charity sector experience and knowledge of GDPR plus Fundraising Codes of Practice are welcome they are not essential - we’re more interested in your enthusiasm, transferable skills and commitment to our mission.
Contract details:
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9-5pm. This role is based at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve near Folkestone and Ashford. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK. A reliable mode of transport is recommended due to our remote location.
