Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve are looking for waiters, waitresses & bar staff to join our team within the beautiful, historic hotel and Garden Room Restaurant, our Babydolls Italian & Bear Lodge Restaurant, and our Wedding & Events Team. The role will see you working in picturesque, historic surroundings, within a friendly, vibrant team.
Who are we looking for:
Waiters & waitresses who have a passion for excellent customer service and thrive in a busy hospitality environment. You will assist in taking orders and serving food and beverages to our customers, whilst working effectively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Experienced bar staff who have the ability to create classic and innovative drinks for our guests. You will have an excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks and will always strive to exceed our customer needs and expectations.
Contract details:
Basic rate of pay is £10.18 for under 21’s, £12.21 for over 21’s, plus a guaranteed share of service charge. We are offering a flexible hour position, where working hours may vary depending on business needs. Please note that while we strive to provide consistent hours, the nature of this contract means that there may be occasional fluctuations. Shifts may include day shifts, evenings, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays and will vary in hours depending on the number of bookings. A reliable form of transport would be essential due to the remote location of Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
