New Baby Gorilla Born!
We are thrilled to announce a very special addition to the Howletts family, a baby western lowland gorilla, born just before Christmas!
Proud parents Sanki and Djanghou are doing a fantastic job. This little one marks the 156th gorilla birth in our world-leading conservation history. Because Mum is keeping the baby so close, the sex is still a mystery, but the troop (especially big sister Soundi!) is already fascinated by the new arrival.

Animals of the Ice Age
As you explore a forgotten land, you’ll marvel at the life-size, prehistoric creatures taking over the Woodland Walk. Wonder at the mighty mammoth, stare at the savage sabre-toothed Smilodon and delight at the sheer size of the giant sloth, plus many more - all included in your admission ticket!
Walking With Lemurs
Walk alongside our lively lemurs in their natural leafy enclosure as the playful primates explore the branches overhead. Get even closer at our wildly popular Walking With Lemurs! Included in your admission ticket.

Terms & Conditions
- Child (aged 0-15years) ticket is free of charge on selected dates at Howletts.
- Offer valid from 13th Feb – 22nd Feb 2026 only. Offer ends Sunday 22nd Feb 2026
- All children under the age of 16 years must always be accompanied by an adult within the park.
- Due to the nature of the park and health and safety limitations, a maximum ratio of 3 children per adult is enforced.
- Excludes additional experiences, annual passes, concession tickets and tickets to Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve.
- The "Kids Go Free" offer is only valid for tickets purchased directly through the Howletts website. Tickets purchased via third-party websites or agents are not eligible for this promotion.
- Annual pass holders are eligible to participate in the "Kids Go Free" promotion.
- The promotion is not valid for tickets that include a free carer ticket. A carer ticket can only be issued when accompanying a paid concession ticket. The "Kids Go Free" promotion cannot be applied when the adult is claiming a free carer ticket for a free disabled child.
- Offer valid for new online bookings only and cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased tickets.
- To be eligible for the promotion, all adults and free children must be added to the order at the point of booking. If the group contains more than three children, duplicate orders may be required to process the reservation.
- Promotions cannot be redeemed in person at our Gatehouse on the day.
- Tickets and promotions are subject to availability and the offer can be withdrawn at any time.
- No refunds or amendments will be due if tickets are purchased prior to promotional launch, or not following the direct booking link.
