This summer, Howletts Wild Animal Park is hosting its wildly popular, Wild Summer celebration – and with entry just £10 for kids, it’s the best value day out in Kent!
Running from 23rd July to 2nd September Howletts Wild Summer promises a jam-packed season of animal encounters, hands-on activities, and unforgettable family fun.
New for 2025, kids can climb, swing, and slide their way through Joshi’s Jungle – Howletts’ brand-new adventure play park, inspired by the park’s own rewilded gorillas. Designed to ignite imaginations and burn off energy, Joshi’s Jungle adds a thrilling new dimension to the WildSummer experience.
Each week will feature an animal theme, with activities, talks and feeds, focusing on everything from big cats and elephants to primates and rhino. Families can learn fascinating facts, complete fun challenges, and discover how Howletts is helping to protect endangered species around the globe.
And don’t miss the return of the creepy crawlies and reptiles showcase in the Craft Mine, offering brave young explorers the chance to meet bugs, beetles, scorpion, snakes, giants and much more – hold one if you dare!
Explore ‘Animals Of The Ice Age’ and marvel at the life size prehistoric creatures in the Woodland Walk. Wonder at the mighty mammoth, sabre tooth Smilodon and giant sloth, all included in your admission ticket!
