Run for The Aspinall Foundation in the iconic London Marathon! Every year, thousands take to the streets to run, jog or walk the 26.2 mile route through London. This year, you could be one of them.

Applying for a charity place with
The Aspinall Foundation
Whether this will be your first marathon, or you're a seasoned pro, we'd love for you to join the team. We have one place in this event and if you are successful we ask all participants to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £200 and to raise a minimum sponsorship amount of £1,000 (exclusive of Gift Aid).
Please only apply if you are confident you can commit to this amount, as your sponsorship money contributes to the vital work that The Aspinall Foundation does both here in the UK and overseas.
Please complete the form in as much detail as possible, with information that will support your application. The application form will take around 15 minutes to complete. Applications are open until 23.59 on Tuesday 7th February 2023, and the successful participant will be notified of their place by Friday 10th February 2023.

The registration fee for the TCS London Marathon is £200 (to be paid by 24th February) and we ask all our charity place fundraisers to raise a minimum of £1,000.
How are places offered out?
We will review each application anonymously before making a decision. To improve your chances, please give us much information as possible as to why you want to support The Aspinall Foundation and how you plan on raising £1,000.
Will there be a deadline to raise the £1,000 by?
You will have a fundraising deadline of 23rd May 2023 for the £1000 (1 month after the event) - but don't worry, our Fundraising Team will be on hand to give you lots of tips and tricks to help you reach this.
If I’m successful, what support will I receive?
We will offer you support every step of the way, and be on hand if you have any questions. You will receive an Aspinall Foundation t-shirt, a fundraising pack to help you with your fundraising efforts, and ongoing stewardship in the lead up to the event.

Where does my money go?
Your fundraising will help The Aspinall Foundation continue vital work in Indonesia, Madagascar, South Africa, and Congo & Gabon.
