Whilst service charge can vary depending on our occupancy, in busy months, our team have earned up to £400.
At Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve, our newly opened Orangery and Pergola, along with the mansion hotel function rooms, are exquisite and unique events spaces, set in the grounds of a wild animal park. Our venues offer truly unique settings for weddings, conferences, private events, training courses and internal meetings.
As our Event Operations Manager you will use your charismatic personality to confidently lead the running of our events from set up to break down. You will be ambitious to make our weddings and events known for their exceptional service delivery and drive our team to maintain the highest standards.
Who are we looking for:
Exceptional organisational skills and flawless attention to detail are essential qualities to be successful in this role. You will have considerable experience of managing a variety of events in a similar environment and developing a team of diverse experience and abilities.
You will be able to build lasting working relationships through excellent communication and you will have a creative and proactive approach to problem solving.
Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve is a world-renowned wild animal park set within 600 acres of Kentish savannah. The Reserve is home to some of the world’s most rare and endangered animals and offers luxury short breaks accommodation, free roaming animal safaris, once-in-a-lifetime animal encounters and exquisite event and dining experiences.
