Port Lympne Hotel and Reserve, in conjunction with the Aspinall Foundation, are a charity based organisation committed to protecting rare and endangered animals from extinction through captive breeding and reintroduction programmes. The parks are home of one of the world’s most prized wild animal collections and are one of the biggest visitor attractions in Kent.
Port Lympne hotel, situated in the centre of the Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve, are recruiting part time staff to serve on the bar and floor for all events including weddings, corporate bookings, business conferences, VIP parties and Charity Balls.
Applicants must be literate, numerate, well presented and motivated individuals who will provide an exceptional level of service to our guests. You must be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great customer service and have the confidence to use your own initiative when needed.
Previous customer service experience is required. Full training will be given.
The hours available are variable and include shifts which cover breakfast, day or evenings over weekends and bank holidays. Applicants must be willing to work long and flexible hours.
