Port Lympne Reserve & Howletts Wild Animal Parks are part of The Aspinall Foundation, a charity committed to protecting rare and endangered animals from extinction through captive breeding and reintroduction programmes.
At Port Lympne Reserve, near Hythe & Howletts Wild Animal Park in Canterbury, we require assistants to work in our gift shops on a flexible, temporary basis providing assistance to our visitors for the season. We are looking for motivated individuals who understand the importance of excellent customer care to man our busy admissions gate and retail outlet.
Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours in a fast-paced commercial environment. Previous customer service and retail experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
Applicants must be literate, numerate and available to work weekends, bank holidays and school holidays. Salary in line with minimum/living wage.
A reliable form of transport would be advantageous due to the remote locations of the parks.
