Howletts Wild Animal Park, work in conjunction with The Aspinall Foundation, a charity committed to protecting rare and endangered animals from extinction through captive breeding and reintroduction programs.
From now, through to 31 October 2022, we require Catering Assistants to work on a flexible basis. Working in the various outlets situated around Howletts, you will be required to serve hot and cold food, make fresh sandwiches and hot beverages as well as cleaning and maintaining seating areas and process payments using our till system.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the catering industry or someone with a customer service background who would like to work in a truly unique environment. Shifts will be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.
We require motivated, team players, who understand the importance of excellent customer care and can deliver a high standard of service. previous customer service and catering experience is essential, and on-going training will be provided. Applicants must be willing to work variable flexible hours in a fast-paced commercial environment. You must also be comfortable working on your own or as part of a team.
A reliable form of transport is recommended due to the remote location of Howletts Wild Animal Park. All applicants must have right to work in the UK.
This is a temporary position, from now through to 31 October 2021.
£8.00 per hour if under 21 - £8.91 per hour if over 21.
