Short Breaks at Port Lympne Reserve
Port Lympne Reserve works in conjunction with The Aspinall Foundation, a charity committed to protecting rare and endangered animals from extinction through captive breeding and reintroduction programs and is home to the Multi Award-Winning African Safari Experience where guests stay in our luxury accommodation at Livingstone Lodge, Bear Lodge, our exclusive Livingstone Cottage and new to the park: Pinewood and the Tree house hotel.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and resourceful Reservations and Sales Co-ordinator to assist the Short Breaks Sales Team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which involves inbound and outbound contact with customers by phone and email, to take bookings and promote sales and services offered by the Short Breaks Department.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, must have excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills, be able to multi-task and problem-solve, have a good level of numeracy and be IT literate. You will need to be able to react quickly to the business needs and confident to make immediate decisions. Previous experience working with Opera PMS would be advantageous.
Based at Port Lympne Reserve, the role is 40 hours a week and you will be required to 5 days out of 7 to include weekends. Salary is dependent on experience.
