Salary: £9.00 - £12.50 per hour
At Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve we are recruiting a Chef to cater for our private cottage within the grounds of our exquisite wild animal Park.
Catering for a maximum of 9 guests per day, you will engage with the guests cooking a seasonal menu in this inclusive environment.
We are looking for an ambitious Chef with a real passion for cooking. Previous experience working in a similar role would be advantage, however training will be given.
The ability to work efficiently by yourself is essential.
Hours of work are flexible, up to 45 hours per week depending on occupancy. You will be required to work five days out of seven which includes weekends and bank holidays.
