Tickets are valid for the specified date and park only. You will receive an e mail confirmation with a copy of your ticket. Remember that you must bring your printed ticket with you on the day of your visit to be admitted to the park. Failure to do so may affect your entry to the park. Tickets purchased online may be upgraded to the Howletts or Port Lympne Passport or Gold Card on entry to the park, subject to an additional charge.
Single visit tickets sold online are for standard price adult and child tickets only, as concession tickets include a discounted price when purchased at the gate entrance and therefore cannot be further discounted online.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check that all information supplied for the purchase of online tickets is correct prior to completion of the purchase. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at the entry kiosk or voiding of the ticket.
Entry to Howletts or Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks will only be granted on presentation of a valid print at home ticket. All printed tickets must be clearly legible and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to present and relinquish them on entry to the parks.
Any additional visitors accompanying an online ticket purchaser will be charged the standard entry fee.
Proof of entitlement is required at the entry kiosk for certain ticket types e.g. students.
Howletts and Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks reserve the right to refuse entry and to make any changes to the structure of the parks.
Safari at Port Lympne is subject to availability on a first come first served basis.
Please note that children aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to gain entry to the park.

Visitors will be admitted upon payment of the Standard Tariff if they choose not to contribute the additional 10% voluntary donation.

Terms & Conditions relating to Howletts Passport, Port Lympne Passport and GoldCard:
When you apply for the Howletts Passport, Port Lympne Passport or GoldCard we will take a photograph of you. This photo will be used to identify you as the legitimate holder of your passport card when you visit the park. The passport can only be used for admission by the person named on the front of the card and we may check Passport cards and photo ID on entrance to the park. This photo and any personal information you give us will be stored on our secure database, and will be used solely for identification purposes and will not be available to third parties. Your photograph will be used only for the administration of the Passport scheme. All the data we collect will be treated as confidential and used in keeping with our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998. We may from time to time analyse your data. This is confidential and will not be made available to external companies. Customers under the age of 16 require parental consent when providing any personal information. Customers who sign up to the Passport Scheme will be automatically subscribed to email Newsletters. The Newsletter will be sent out periodically and provide updates, information on special events, new contests, and special offers. This Newsletter can be cancelled at any time by following the simple steps outlined at the bottom of the Newsletter.

TESCO CLUBCARD
You must exchange your Clubcard vouchers for tokens – we (the supplier) do not accept Clubcard vouchers.
Tokens cannot be used in food outlets or shops. Tokens can only be used against single visit admission and cannot be used for special events and/or shows and does not apply to and is not redeemable against group bookings, the Howletts and Port Lympne Passport or Gold Card. Present your token/s at the Howletts or Port Lympne main entrance ticket office to redeem. Photocopies are not accepted. Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. A token is not a pre-booked ticket. No change is given from reward tokens. Tokens cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, scheme or promotion. Tokens cannot be used for any “buy in full” reward. Howletts and Port Lympne reserve the right to refuse admission.
Tokens are not transferable and will be issued with the name shown on your Clubcard vouchers and may be printed with your postcode. All standard Tesco.com and Clubcard rewards scheme terms and conditions apply, these can be found on the Tesco’s and Clubcard website.
Unused, expired and redeemed rewards tokens issued after 13th August 2012 cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. This does not affect your statutory rights
ENTRY CONDITIONS

Children under 3 years are admitted free to Howletts & Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks.
Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Howletts and Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks reserve the right to refuse admission.
Dogs and other pets are not permitted to the park. Please do not leave your dogs in the car. We recommend that you make alternative arrangements for your pets before visiting.
As parts of Port Lympne are quite steep, we offer reduced admission for less-able guests and have selected routes for wheelchairs. Please ask for advice. This discount is not available with online tickets.
Our parks are very different from conventional zoos. The animals, which include rare and endangered species, are able to live and breed in conditions as close to their natural habitat as possible. This can mean that when the weather is inclement some of our animals will seek shelter in their indoor enclosures, which are always open to them but not on view to the public and you may wish to consider this when planning your visit.
Please do not feed the animals as they receive strictly controlled diets and you may cause them harm.
Please do not bang on windows at exhibits or climb on or cross the safety barriers.
In the interests of safety barbeques, balls, balloons, scooters, bikes, rollerblades or skates are not permitted in the parks.

The Aspinall Foundation Terms and Conditions
The Aspinall Foundation Prize Draw
1. This prize draw is organised and promoted by The Aspinall Foundation (registered charity number 326567).
2. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK over the age of 18 except employees of Howletts and Port Lympne wildlife parks, The Aspinall Foundation or any of the Aspinall group companies.
3. One entry into the prize draw per family/friends group entering the parks, or alternatively per transaction processed through the online ticket engine.
4. Prize draws will be made on the following quarter dates, 31 March, 30 June, 30 Sept, and 31 Dec from entries made in the preceding quarter.
5. Prize winners will be chosen at random, electronically, and notified by telephone within seven days of the draw being made. The winner will have 48 hours to confirm acceptance of their prize before an alternative winner is chosen at random.
6. Prize winners will be required to provide proof of age and identity before receiving their prize. In all matters, the decision of the judge(s) and The Aspinall Foundation shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
7. The prize is not transferable. The Aspinall Foundation reserves the right to substitute any prize for a prize of equal or greater value.

3. The promotion will only be valid on successful online animal adoption processed between 1st December 2012 and 31st December 2012 with an annual payment. This pomotion is not available for online animal adoptions processed with monthly payment.
4. Under no circumstances will The Aspinall Foundation or any Aspinalls group company (including parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion or the prize.
5. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law.

The Aspinall Foundation One Mile Challenge 2013
1. The person that raises the most amount of money whilst completing the One Mile Challenge will WIN a VIP animal encounter. Sponsorship must have been received by The Aspinall Foundation before 1st October 2013. The winner agrees to photos being taken for publicity purposes. The VIP animal encounter will need to be booked in advance of attending.
2. Each person who completes their one mile and raises a minimum of £30 will receive one day day ticket to either Howletts or Port Lympne Wild Animal Park. We will need to have received your money by 1st October 2013, and please see the ticket for restrictions of use.
3. If you are not using Virgin Money Giving, please send us your cheque with a photocopy of your sponsorship form (and a photo of you doing your mile if you have one!), and we will send you your free ticket to you in the post.
