Wildlife Safari Photography Course - One Day
Wildlife is probably the most challenging subject for photographers. Invariably the subject is erratic and elusive, but pursuing this precious image is what makes it so fun and rewarding.
Port Lympne Wild Animal Park is home to over 80 species of wildlife including tigers, primates, gorillas, elephant, giraffe and rhino, and even some animals which cannot be seen elsewhere in the UK. There will be outstanding opportunities for you to capture realistic "wild" photographs of the residents of our world renowned animal park, meaning that you can take photos of iconic wildlife unimpeded by mesh, bars and fencing.
We accommodate small groups of photographers per day up to a maximum of 8. Aimed at photographers aged 17 and over, you can improve your wildlife and nature photography, learning handy tips and techniques through-out the day, under the expert guidance of a knowledgeable and successful wildlife photographer.

Dave Rolfe has been photographing the animals at Port Lympne for over 25 years and will be on hand throughout your day to give advice and explain some of the fascinating history and unique stories behind the parks and animals. Both British and foreign publications have sought Dave's wildlife photos including Time, Life and National Geographic, as well as newspapers and magazines. He continues to expand his photographic library and, in keeping with the times, now focuses on digital photography.
