Tickets purchased online* cannot be used with any other discount or offer including the kids for quid promotion, Tesco Clubcard vouchers and excluding the £4 off offer for repeat visitors when presenting their ticket from the gate.

*Tickets purchased online using a promo code e.g. DD10, SUNNY e.t.c are valid until Thursday 30th September ONLY.  Discount is off the standard walk up price of £18.95 per adult, £14.95 per child.  May be used at Howletts or Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please note the online discount will be reduced to 15% from January 2011.

Tickets purchased online are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be re-sold or passed to any third party.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check that all information supplied for the purchase of online tickets is correct prior to completion of the purchase. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at the entry kiosk or voiding of the ticket.

Entry to Howletts or Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks will only be granted on presentation of a valid print at home ticket obtained via the Your Tickets link in your confirmation e mail. All printed tickets must be clearly legible and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to present and relinquish them on entry to the parks.

Online tickets are valid for one week from date of purchase and valid for one use only. No refund will be given for expired tickets purchased online. The period of validity cannot be extended.

Any additional visitors accompanying an online ticket purchaser will be charged the standard entry fee.

Proof of entitlement is required at the entry kiosk for certain ticket types e.g. students.

15% discount online is only available to adult and child single visit tickets.

Please check our standard entry prices for Howletts and standard entry prices for Port Lympne before making your purchase as refunds cannot be given after purchase.

Tesco Clubcard vouchers are only valid on day tickets bought from the gates, not family tickets and cannot be used with online tickets.

Entry tickets sold online are for individual tickets only as other tickets include a discounted price when purchased at the gate entrance and therefore cannot be further discounted online.

Tickets purchased online may be upgraded at Port Lympne Wild Animal Park to include the Day Safari at a cost of £3 per person if upgraded on arrival or £7 per person if booked at the safari kiosk. Subject to availability.

Children under 3 years are admitted free to Howletts & Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks.

Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Howletts and Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks reserve the right to refuse admission.

Dogs and other pets are not permitted to the park. Please do not leave your dogs in the car. We recommend that you make alternative arrangements for your pets before visiting.

As parts of Port Lympne are quite steep, we offer reduced admission for less-able guests and have selected routes for wheelchairs. Please ask for advice. This discount is not available with online tickets.

Our parks are very different from conventional zoos. The animals, which include rare and endangered species, are able to live and breed in conditions as close to their natural habitat as possible. This can mean that when the weather is inclement some of our animals will seek shelter in their indoor enclosures, which are always open to them but not on view to the public and you may wish to consider this when planning your visit.

Please do not feed the animals as they receive strictly controlled diets and you may cause them harm.

Please do not bang on windows at exhibits or climb on or cross the safety barriers.

In the interests of safety barbeques, balls, balloons, scooters, bikes, rollerblades or skates are not permitted in the parks.

Howletts & Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks reserve the right to alter or cancel any events, presentations or feeding times without notice if required. Visitors are reminded that any advertised exhibits, attractions or facilities may be closed, removed, altered or otherwise unavailable at any time for safety, operational or animal welfare reasons.

Howletts Passport

Howletts Passport is valid for 12 months from date of activation for use at Howletts Wild Animal Park only.

Treetop challenge is subject to an additional charge

Entry is only available to the authorised user of the card who will be identified by the corresponding photograph on our secure database

Membership is not transferable or refundable.

Children 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Howletts Wild Animal Park cannot accept responsibility for your card if it is lost, stolen or damaged.

Port Lympne Passport

Safari subject to availability on a first come first served basis

Port Lympne Passport is valid for 12 months from the date of activation for use at Port Lympne Wild Animal Park only.

Entry is only available to the authorised user of the card who will be identified by the corresponding photograph on our secure database.

Membership is not transferable or refundable

Children 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Port Lympne Wild Animal Park cannot take responsibility for any card that is lost, stolen or damaged.  There is a £5 charge to replace a card.

The Port Lympne Passport cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions including Tesco Clubcard Vouchers.

Ranger Logbook will be issued free when you sign up to the Port Lympne Passport however for any subsequent visits there will be a small charge for a new Ranger Logbook.

Port Lympne Wild Animal Park reserves the right to make any changes to the structure of the park.

When you apply for the Howletts or Port Lympne Passport we will take a photograph of you. This photo will be used to identify you as the legitimate holder of your passport card when you visit the park. The Passport can only be used for admission by the person named on the front of the card and we may check Passport cards and photo ID on entrance to the park.  This photo and any personal information you give us will be stored on our secure database, and will be used solely for identification purposes and will not be available to third parties.  Your photograph will be used only for the administration of the Passport scheme. All the data we collect will be treated as confidential and used in keeping with our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998. We may from time to time analyze your data. This is confidential and will not be made available to external companies.  Customers under the age of 16 require parental consent when providing any personal information.  Customers who sign up to the Passport Scheme will be automatically subscribed to email Newsletters. The Newsletter will be sent out periodically and provide updates, information on special events, new contests, and special offers. This Newsletter can be cancelled at any time by following the simple steps outlined at the bottom of the Newsletter.

EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS - THESE APPLY TO ALL EVENTS

This ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled. Each member of the audience must possess a valid ticket.

Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Howletts & Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks reserve the right to refuse admission and to make changes to the event without prior notice.

No dogs are permitted within the parks.

We reserve the right to amend, cancel or postpone events at short notice and advise that you call the main reception on 01303 264647 to check before you visit. No commercial filming, recording or photography of any kind in any media is permitted without permission of Howletts & Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks.
