AAP Fundraising, the face-to-face fundraising agency owned by The Aspinall Foundation, is pleased to announce the launch of it's doorstep fundraising offering in July 2010.
As was the case with the street approach, AAP has recruited donors as part of a test campaign with the Foundation before launching with external charity partners, in order to ensure that the highest standards of professionalism and performance are achieved from the outset of any new partnership.
The company today confirmed upcoming campaigns with Plan International UK and The National Autistic Society in the coming months and stated that they expected a number of further new client announcements in the coming weeks.
Caroline Langford, Supporter Acquisition Manager at the development agency Plan International (UK) said of their upcoming partnership; "We're very excited to be launching a campaign with this dynamic new agency, which so closely matches our values, and are very much looking forward to recruiting new donors together."
AAP will recruit a significant number of new child sponsors for Plan, forming genuine links between UK givers and children across the developing world.
Carolyne Coupel, Head of Individual Giving at The National Autistic Society said of the new relationship; "We are delighted to be working with AAP on this campaign to raise much needed awareness and funds for people with autism. They have impressed us with their attention to detail and personal approach to bringing in long term supporters".
Gareth Moore, Director of AAP said of the launch of these exciting new campaigns; "The launch to market of our doorstep fundraising operations marks the end of AAP's set-up period. In just 8 months, we have established professional and productive street, doorstep and prospecting fundraising teams across the length and breadth of the country. I am most grateful to AAP's fantastic staff, who have demonstrated a great deal of passion for, and commitment to, our goals. To now work with both Plan UK and The National Autistic Society is a great privilege and we look forward to recruiting significant volumes of high quality, committed donors to these most important causes".
